Lots to say in this issue of Cover Lines during this short but intense month! We chose a theme of “champions” to go along with our beloved Team Canada competing in Milan! As we well know in the magazine business, competing at a high level makes you a champion whether or not you win the top prize! But as judging for the National Magazine Awards speeds along and the Alberta Magazine Awards opens for entries (see below), we do recall how many of our MC members have won prizes in the past—wishing you all great things if you choose to compete this year.
