The Advertising Club of Toronto is pleased to announce Jane Francisco, editor in chief of Good Housekeeping, as keynote speaker for the AdClub’s upcoming Magazine Day 2016.

Jane Francisco has been in the magazine industry for over 20 years holding key positions as editor in chief (EIC) of CHATELAINE, the leading women’s lifestyle media brand in Canada, EIC of Style at Home, a founding EIC of St. Joseph Media’s Wish (appointed editorial director of the company’s Lifestyle Group adding oversight of Gardening Life and Canadian Family), and launch EIC of the beauty and health-focused Glow.

Francisco was appointed EIC of Good Housekeeping in November 2013. At Good Housekeeping, Francisco oversees all content for the magazine, which reaches 30 million readers each month in print, online and socially. Unique to the brand Francisco also oversees the Good Housekeeping Institute (GHI), a state-of- the-art testing facility that evaluates thousands of products and digital properties each year and tests for the Good Housekeeping Seal.

The Advertising Club of Toronto is a not-for- profit organization that serves the advertising industry and all its related services, including media, creative, production, advertising and marketing. The AdClub’s mandate is to raise and distribute charitable funds by organizing events that present the newest ideas and developments in the advertising industry and create social and business networking opportunities for ad industry colleagues.

The Advertising Club of Toronto’s Magazine Day 2016 takes place Friday, December 2, at the Four Seasons Hotel Yorkville.
